Towards a Partnership with the Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Association (September 8, 2024)

Recently, we had the privilege of engaging in a valuable business exchange with the Chairman, Mr. Le Hoang Chau and members of the Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Association in Vietnam. The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and exploring new business opportunities between both sides.

Proposals from the Vietnamese Side

The Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Association presented the following proposals:

1. Construction and investment in senior care homes

2. Development of social housing projects

3. Resort development opportunities

These areas address critical social and economic needs in Vietnam. With Japan’s expertise and technological knowledge, there is significant potential for tangible collaboration in these fields.

Proposals from the Japanese Side

On behalf of the Japan International Real Estate Association, we introduced the following initiatives and partnership ideas:

1. Introduction to the activities of the Japan International Real Estate Association

2. Strengthening partnerships with the Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Association

3. Joint hosting of seminars and networking events

4. Proposal for the construction of Japanese-style zoos and safari parks

5. Introduction of Japanese-style senior care homes

6. Collaboration on resort development projects

Notably, the operation of Japanese-style senior care facilities and the development of entertainment facilities, such as zoos and safari parks, are expected to create unique value in the Vietnamese market.

Future Prospects

Through this exchange, both sides recognized significant opportunities for business growth and collaboration. In particular, there is strong potential for concrete projects in social infrastructure and resort development.

Moving forward, we aim to deepen our partnership with the Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Association and contribute to the development of the real estate markets in both countries through joint seminars, events, and collaborative projects.
